Are there minimum or maximum time requirements?

There are no minimum stay requirements. Some areas may regulate how long a child can be left with a drop-in childcare center, so check with your local center to determine if there are any maximum stay limitations.

How can I register to use your care center?

You can register online through your locations web-page or if you prefer, you can download a registration form for the center in your area from the center’s information page. Just fill it out and bring it with you on your first visit.

How much does your childcare cost?

Our service is offered hourly with discounts for purchasing additional hours or for registering multiple children. For current rates and options, click here.

What are your hours of operation?

Our centers are typically open throughout the weekday and into the evening. We also stay open late on Friday and Saturday nights so you can have a night out. Please check the individual center’s information page for hours of operation or call your local center for information.

Children generally respond well to praise or incentives that encourage good decision-making. It is RightTime KiDS™ policy to focus on positive behavior. There are other times when behavior warrants correction. In such an instance, RightTime KiDS™ chooses to provide verbal guidance and redirection to a different activity. If necessary, the staff may require the child to have a short “time-out” (3-5 min) from their activities. In the interest of safety for all children visiting RightTime KiDS™, children who are exceptionally aggressive will be asked not to return until there is a significant improvement in his or her behavior. Children are expected to handle themselves in a socially acceptable manner. It is important for each child’s safety that RightTime KiDS™ rules are followed.

Incident Reports

Despite the best efforts of the RightTime KiDS™ staff, accidents and incidents will inevitably occur. Should an incident occur during your child’s stay, you will receive a written “incident-report.” The staff member on duty will sign the report, ask you to review it with them, and request that you sign it. If you have any questions at the time of the incident, please ask for clarification.

Late Pick-Up

RightTime KiDS™ assesses a late pick-up fee of $1.00 per minute for every minute after our nightly closing time that you are late picking up your child. (Example: If you are 15 minutes late, you will be charged an additional $15). Our evening staff members thank you for your attention to this important policy.

Personal or Lost Items

RightTime KiDS™ is not responsible for personal items including, but not limited to, clothing, shoes and toys. RightTime KiDS™ requests that children NOT bring personal toys with them. Items left at the facility will be stored in a lost and found box and donated to a local charity every 30 days.

There are no refunds 14 days after a package purchase. Hours purchased using a payment agreement are not eligible for a refund. In the case of a refund, any used hours will be charged at the drop-in rate. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be paid within 30 days by company check.

Special Needs

Please make RightTime KiDS™ aware of any special needs your child has. Each child should be able to play independently within our staff ratio and without extra assistance. RightTime KiDS™ does not discriminate.

Toilet Training and Diapering

Many young children are not fully toilet trained. If your child is in this category, please bring all necessary supplies such as disposable diapers, training pants, diaper wipes and an additional change of clothing. Our staff will change any child who has an accident and each child will be given toilet training encouragement when possible. There will be additional charges for diapers and clothing supplied by RightTime KiDS™.
