How Does it Work

Read below for a snapshot of your first
visit with us.

Check-In

On your first visit with us, we require a completed registration form for each child. To protect the safety and well-being of your child during his or her stay at RightTime KiDS™, we ask for details about any allergies, medical conditions or issues, and dietary restrictions. We also require an emergency contact phone number and the names of the individuals that are authorized to pick up your child. We log all this information into our custom-developed proprietary software which tracks and keeps detailed records of each child’s stay with us. If you anticipate your child’s stay to last through mealtime, you will be offered the option of purchasing a meal at check-in.

Storage Cubbies

We provide cubbies in our welcome area for coats, umbrellas, backpacks, lunch boxes or any other items requiring safekeeping while your child is visiting us. Please deposit these items in an empty storage cubby prior to entering the play area.

Play Area Entry

Each child is given a name tag and welcomed into the secure playroom by a certified childcare professional. There is a large window wall for easy viewing of your children. For safety and cleanliness, shoes or socks must be worn at all times while inside the play area.

While You’re Away

Our facilities provide a variety of activity stations to make your child’s stay with us fun and interesting. Our sample daily activity schedule provides an example of RTK’s structured play. From the climbing wall, puppet stage and movie room, to our interactive game center, storytelling area and creative arts tables, kids love coming to RightTime KiDS™. Just ask them!

Food

If your child’s stay overlaps with mealtime, you have the option of packing food for your child or purchasing a meal on-site. You will be offered the purchased meal option at check-in. Please note that RightTime KiDS™ is a peanut-free zone.

Child Pick-up

Our secure pick-up policy requires that you show positive photo identification in order to pick up your child. If an incident has occurred while you were away, an incident report write-up will be given to you and explained at this time.
