Q. What do I get with a RightTime KiDS Membership?
A. For a low monthly fee, members unlock deep savings, access to priority notice of upcoming sales and promotions, discounts with local merchants as available, and other insider perks. Valid card must be on file for recurring monthly charge. Initial 6 month membership commitment required. Discounts on Drop-In, Packages, Camps, and Birthday Parties. Q. When will my Membership month begin?
A. Memberships run based on a calendar month, and bill on the 1st and the 15th of each month. If you sign up for a Membership between the 2nd and the 14th, you will not be billed until the 15th,at which time your initial days will be prorated and included in that first billing cycle.
Q. I usually use a Center near my home, but sometimes visit other Centers, too. Will my Membership rates apply there?
A. Yes! Your account will be flagged to indicate that you have an active Membership, and you will be eligible to purchase both Drop-In AND Packages at the Member Rate at other RightTime KiDS Centers, as long as your Membership remains in good standing.
Q. I was a member for 6 months, and then decided not to renew the Membership. Can I still use the remaining hours on my Package?
A. Yes, your hours remain yours to use until they are used up or they expire. However, your remaining hours will convert to non-Member status and have your current package prorated to Non-Member pricing.
Q. The credit card I had on file for my Membership expired, so my payment failed. What happens now?
A. We know things like this can happen, and in our busy lives, we sometimes forget to update. If your card fails, you will be notified by the Center, and will have 5 days to provide an updated card. If your card still fails after 5 days, your account will be placed on “HOLD” and you will incur a $36 fee. In order to use your account, you will need to provide a new card, settle the “Bounced Card fee”, or convert to non-Member status and have your current package prorated to Non-Member pricing.
Q. I decided to cancel my Membership, but have 10 hours remaining on my 30-hour package. What happens now?
A. Your hours are still yours to use until they are used or expire. However, your remaining hours will convert to non-Member status and have your current package prorated to Non-Member pricing.
Q. Will my hours expire?
A. Yes. All hours expire 12 months after purchase. We reserve the right to wait a little longer than 12 months after your purchase before expiring the hours, so there may be a grace period, but it is not guaranteed.
Q. Why doesn’t my Membership include a discount on Before- or After-School Care?
A. Due to the already very deep discounts afforded by our very economical Before- And After- School programs, these programs are ineligible for further discounts.
Q. I’m one month into my Membership, but I am moving. I want to transfer my Membership to my friend.
A. Memberships, like all of our Packages and purchasable services, cannot be transferred to anyone else.
